The cruise to participate in the Tall Ships Festival was even more special as we had a guest aboard. Captain Camilla Ross is President of the Chicago Council, Navy League of the United States as well as skipper of vessels on the Chicago Lakefront and River system. She has been an outstanding supporter of our program. The Naval Sea Cadet Corps Executive Director, Captain Micheal Ford, USNR ( ret) sent a special scroll which was framed and presented to the Chicago Council for the great efforts and support of this outstanding youth program and training ship.
